1. Parties and subject

Provider: ASCOM POS — Shumen, Bulgaria (hereinafter "we", "the provider"). User: the natural or legal person who registers an account and uses ASCOM POS ("you", "the user").

ASCOM POS is software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed to support the operational workflows of restaurants, cafes and bars — tables, orders, kitchen display, fiscal printers, QR menu, users, reports.

2. Registration and access

  • Registration requires a valid email and basic venue information.
  • The user must provide accurate data and keep their password secure.
  • Access to the platform is via /platform with username and password, optionally with a per-user PIN.

3. Trial period

On initial registration the user receives a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After expiry, an active subscription is required to continue.

4. Subscription and billing

  • The subscription is seat-based — price depends on active users and the chosen period (1–12 months).
  • The base price and a calculator are on the "Pricing" page.
  • Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
  • When the number of active users changes, the new amount applies to the next period.

5. User rights and obligations

  • The user uses the platform per its purpose — managing their own venue.
  • Resale or granting access to third parties beyond their own staff is not permitted.
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered data (products, prices, fiscal configuration).

6. Provider rights and obligations

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform continuously operational.
  • We perform maintenance and interface improvements.
  • We may suspend access for unpaid subscriptions or violations of these Terms.

7. Technical access and support

Support from our side requires the explicit consent of the venue owner via "support mode" — activated for a defined period.

8. Termination

  • The user may cancel the subscription at any time — effective at the end of the paid period.
  • After termination, data remains accessible for a reasonable period for export.

9. Liability

The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from products, tables or fiscal devices misconfigured by the user.

10. Personal data protection

We process personal data per the Privacy Policy. The user is the controller of their guests' and staff's personal data; we act as processor.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Substantive changes are announced on the site.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies to these Terms. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court at the provider's registered seat.
