When you submit a trial request
- Contact person's first and last name
- Email and phone
- Venue name and address
- Billing details, if required
When you use the platform
- Username and hashed password
- Access logs (time, IP, browser) — for security
- In-system actions (orders, reports) — for venue operation
When you contact us via the form
- Name, email, phone, subject, message
3. Legal basis
- Performance of contract — to provide the ASCOM POS service.
- Legal obligation — for invoices and fiscal documents.
- Legitimate interest — for platform security.
- Consent — for optional cookies and any marketing communications.
4. Retention
- Venue and subscription data — for the active contract plus statutory limitation period.
- Security logs — typically up to 12 months.
- Contact-form inquiries — up to 12 months after reply.
- After termination you can request export and/or deletion of your data.
5. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may engage processors in the following categories:
- Hosting and infrastructure (server operations).
- Payment operators (subscription billing).
- Government bodies — only when legally required.
6. Your guests' and staff's data
When you add staff (waiters) or customer data to the system, you are the controller. ASCOM POS acts as processor.
