An item can be active in POS but hidden from the QR menu.
QR menu
A menu on the guest's phone — no app
The QR code on the table opens the menu directly in the browser. Guests browse categories and items and can place orders that appear in the system.
How it works
- One QR per venue or an individual code for each table.
- Categories and products — the same ones already in the POS catalog.
- Photos and descriptions — optional, per item.
- Guest orders — arrive in the system as a new order for that table.
- No separate app — the menu runs in any standard browser.
Managed from the platform
The QR menu reads directly from the venue catalog.
Localized interface
The menu is available to guests in the configured language. Dual currency prices if configured.
Waiter notification
A QR-menu order arrives in the system and the waiter accepts it before it goes to the kitchen.
