Owner, manager, waiter — each with their own scope. PIN for fast switching.
Audit
Discounts, voids and corrections stay in history with user, time and reason.
Technical access
Support requires the owner's consent — "support mode". No hidden access.
Export on request
You can request an export of your data at any time — history and reports as Excel.
What we do NOT promise
We do not publish "guaranteed uptime" or specific availability numbers we cannot prove. The system evolves, and backups, integrity and reliability are validated through real venue operation.
